PURPOSE: A data communication system for managing the total stock of a rice case is provided to perform a delivery order to a rice supplying company through a communication network automatically when the remaining amount of rice is less than a standard amount by measuring the total stock of rice in a rice case. CONSTITUTION: As a device mounted in a rice case and connected to a terminal device(15) capable of performing a data communication, a sensor(11) is provided for sensing the remaining amount of rice received in the rice case. A memory(10) is provided for storing the total stock standard amount of rice to be received maximally in the rice case. A comparison calculation unit(13b) is provided for performing a comparison calculation of data of sensed by the sensor(11) and standard amount data stored in the memory(10) therewith. If a sensed amount of rice is less than the standard amount as a calculation result of the comparison calculation unit(13b), a signal generating unit(13c) outputs a signal for generating a call to the terminal device(15). |
