PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slot machine capable of easily coping with various changes caused by a change in a machine model. SOLUTION: This slot machine has a game control means 500 for controlling progress of a game, and a representation control means for controlling a representation means capable of performing a prescribed representation on the progress of the game. A unit 52 for mutually integrally installing at least a variable display device 50 and the game control means 500 is replaceably installed in a body 2. A cover member having a light transmissive area in at least a part is installed on a front door 4 arranged on the front side of the sot machine. A decorative member for applying decoration to at least a part is replaceably installed to the front door on the rear surface side of this cover member. The decoration applied to the decorative member is constituted so as to be visible via the light transmissive area of the cover member.
