PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight and inexpensive greening plate made in view of effective utilization (recycling) of waste materials, having a simple structure, capable of being produced in a shortened manufacturing cycle time and also being freely machined to obtain a desired shape or make holes thereto, and moldable so as to follow the land shape on the scene to be greened, and to provide a greening method using the greening plate. SOLUTION: The greening plate comprises a porous plate comprising a formed aggregate and a resin used as a binder, and having a communicating gap and vegetation holes each with such a size as to allow buds or roots to pass therethrough, wherein the aggregate is produced by using at least one of chaff, wood chips, waist plastic and liquid slag of sewage sludge. The greening method comprises the following process: putting or laying the greening plate on the surface to be greened, charging the vegetation holes with seeds or wood plants and culture soil, or alternatively planting seeds or wood plants on or under the surface to be greened through the vegetation holes, and charging soil thereon. |
