<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf club and its manufacturing method having a high degree of freedom of design for lowering a gravity center position. SOLUTION: A machining part 20 is passed through a window hole 11 from the front face side of a head body 1A, an inside under surface 9C of a recessed part 9 for forming a part of the head body 1A is machined, the inside under surface 9C of the recessed part 9 is formed in an undercut shape, and a hollowed-out part 16 is formed. A face plate is manufactured in the window hole 11 so as to be fixed by laser welding. The machining part 20 can be machined by being deeply inserted without being hindered by the other part in machining of the hollowed-out part 16, a degree of freedom of the machining is improved, and the hollowed-out part 16 can be deeply formed.</p> |
