<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business processing job management system realizing efficient business processing jobs by performing data registration jobs for a plurality of users in the same environment by using the images of documents and eliminating the need of paper by storing image data. SOLUTION: This business processing job management system is constituted of a data management system connected with an A company head office user system 2 and an A company branch office user system 4 owned by the users through a network 10 and a business processing system 14 connected with the data management system through a communication channel and installed in a business processing agency. The image data transmitted from the user system 2 are transmitted to the data management system 12. In the business processing system 14, the image data are acquired from the data management system 12, the recognition processing of the kind of the documents and entered characters is performed on the basis of the acquired image data, a recognized result is confirmed or the like and then the image data and the recognized result are registered to the data management system 12 together.</p> |
