PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily set up and change a size of a conveying carrier corresponding to vessel outside square size in the size changing work for the conveying carrier. SOLUTION: An interval between a pair of traveling endless chains 12, 12 opposite to each other in parallel, is adjustable, each endless chain is provided with plurality of U-shaped carrier plates 22 at equal intervals, and a hold size al×b1 of the conveying carrier 11 can be properly adjusted by positioning a pair of U-shaped carrier plates 22, 22 correctly opposite to each other or opposite to each other while shifted from each other by changing the rotating phase of each endless chain, or allowing an interval between a pair of L-shaped carrier plates 22a, 22b longitudinally opposite to each other and forming the carrier plates 22, to be close to or separated from each other under a condition that the pair of U-shaped carrier plates are correctly opposite to each other.
