PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stop operation of an apparatus by opening a cover and quickly discharge a filter capacitor without a discharge contactor. SOLUTION: One end part of an insulation plate 9 is attached to the rear surface of a cover of the power converter body which rotates about a hinge, a conductor 10 is attached to both surfaces of the other end part of the insulation plate 9, the insulation plate 9 is held between the first contacts 11 located between the cover 8 and a conductor 10, the conductor 10 attached to the other end part of the insulation plate 9 is held between the second contacts 12, a discharge resistor 13 of the filter capacitor 4 is connected to one contact of the first contacts 11, the other contact of the first contacts 11 is connect to the side of filter capacitor 4, where the discharge resistor 13 is not connected, and the second contacts 13 are inserted to the input part of a control power supply circuit 14. |
