PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active matrix liquid crystal display device of which the normal pixel part is not visually recognized as a defective pixel part even when the defective pixel part is repaired. SOLUTION: The active matrix liquid crystal display is provided with a plurality of scanning lines and a plurality of signal lines arranged so as to mutually intersect and to have the respective pixel parts formed on the respective intersections. Each of the pixel part is constructed so as to have a first switching element disposed on each of the intersections and to make the input side connected to the signal line, a second switching element the input side of which is connected to the output side of a first transistor and a pixel electrode electrically connected to the output side of the second switching element. Furthermore, the active matrix liquid crystal display is constructed so as to be provided with joining dummy wiring electrically connected to the output side of the first switching element of a pixel part and the pixel electrode of another pixel part, respectively.
