PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent surface reforming method of an ocular lens which is capable of advantageously realizing uniform surface reforming with excellent workability and cost effectiveness without flawing the ocular lens. SOLUTION: In reforming the surface of the ocular lens (10) by generating a plasma under atmosphere pressure and bringing such generated plasma into contact with the ocular lens (10), this method is constituted in such a manner that the plasma is blown to the ocular lens (10) through a plurality of through- holes (36) disposed at a punch sheet (12).
