PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light emitting device of which an operation life is improved. SOLUTION: The organic light emitting device includes a substrate, an anode and a cathode arranged on the substrate, a luminescent layer arranged between the anode and the cathode, a positive hole transport layer arranged between the anode and the luminescent layer, and an electron transport layer arranged between the cathode and the luminescent layer. The positive hole transport layer includes two or more secondary layers, the secondary layer nearest the luminescent layer contains color neutral dopant, and at least one secondary layer does not contain the color neutral dopant. The color neutral dopant contains an anthracene derivative. |
