PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine control device that realizes a reduced size and a low cost, and an electronic control unit(ECU) and an ECU case that constitute the engine control device. SOLUTION: A throttle body 1 and the ECU case 2 for storing the ECU prepared in a separate process from the throttle body 1 are screwed together. The ECU case 2 internally has recessed portions 31 to 34 for storing members projecting from one surface of a circuit board 100, including at least one sensor out of an intake pressure sensor, an intake air temperature sensor and a throttle position sensor(TPS) mounted on the one surface of the circuit board 100. External projected portions 41 to 43 of the ECU case 2 formed by the recessed portions are mounted against the throttle body 1.
