PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing system for a seismically isolated structure, which can prevent uncomfortable rocking of a superstructure due to wind, can eliminate rotation of the superstructure in a horizontal plane during fixture of the same, can positively cancel the fixture, allows seismic isolators to exert normal base isolation performance on the superstructure, and prevents enormous damage such as collapse of the superstructure. SOLUTION: According to the seismically isolated structure, a detached house 2 is borne on a foundation 1 in a seismically isolated manner in the horizontal direction H, by the four seismic isolators 3 which are interposed between the foundation fixed to the ground by means of anchor bolts, etc., and the detached house 2 as the superstructure. The fixing system for the seismically isolated structure is comprised of four fixing devices 4 and a canceling device 13. The fixing devices 4 are dispersedly arranged in the horizontal plane so as to temporarily fix the detached house 2 to the foundation 1 in the horizontal direction H. The canceling device 13 substantially simultaneously cancels the temporary fixture of the detached house 2 to the foundation 1 by the fixing devices 4.
