PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information distribution system providing information most suitable for the region by the attribute data of a user and position information, which is an information providing device used by being carried or installed to a moving object at the time of movement. SOLUTION: The information distribution system is constituted of a public line network 300, the information providing device 100 connected to the public line network 300 and an information providing server 200 providing the information providing device 100 with voice information and image information. The information providing device 100 is provided with a portable telephone set 20, an interface part 104 communicating with the portable telephone set 20 and a user attribute data input means 106 inputting the attribute data of the user.
