<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the environmental resistance of a touch panel. SOLUTION: Aλ/4 phase difference film 23 and a polarizing plate 24 are attached to the upper face of a touch panel main body 21, and a film 25 made of polyethylene naphthalate is attached to the surface of the polarizing plate 24. The heat shrinkage of the film 25 made of polyethylene naphthalate is 0.0% after conditioning of 100 deg.C, 30 minutes, and the water absorption of the film 25 is low, that is, 0.4% after immersed in water of 23 deg.C for 24 hours. When the touch panel 20 is preserved for 24 hours in an atmosphere of 100 deg.C, and then returned to a room temperature, the film 25 can suppress the shrinkage of the polarizing plate 24, and limit the deformation of the polarizing film 24 into a recessing shape on the surface of the touch panel.</p> |
