PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an autodoffer with which change operation of full bobbin and empty bobbin is automated and the operation can safely and efficiently be carried out. SOLUTION: This autodoffer is constituted of a flyer 18 which winds a yarn 5 on a winding bobbin 1 while twisting the yarn, fastening and fixing the yarn end to an empty bobbin 1b, spindles 3a and 3b which mount and demount the winding bobbin 1 at a winding position (a) right below the flyer and a waiting position (b) being a 180 degree symmetry around the central axis of a revolving shaft 4 with respect to the winding position (a), a yarn cutter 58 which pushes down the yarn 5 between the full bobbin 1a and the empty bobbin 1b so as to fasten the yarn to the empty bobbin, after completion of the winding, cuts the yarn and is equipped with a yarn presser and a yarn stopper 42 for preventing collapse of yarn of the full bobbin 1a.
