PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide terminal equipment for issuing a prepaid card, with which a pay service such as portable telephone service, can be enjoyed, and a management system for managing such a pay service. SOLUTION: The image of a password information for enabling any arbitrary pay service is set by a basic image setting part 19, and it is set by a scratch area setting part 20 so as to form a scratch part on the image of the password information. Then, charging processing is performed to the rate of the pay service by a charging processing part 16 and printing is performed in a printing processing part 21 so that the prepaid card can be issued. |
