INTER-NETWORK CONNECTION DEVICE AND NETWORK CONNECTION CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inter-network connection device that realizes inter- network connection in an inexpensive and simple configuration with high security. SOLUTION: A device authentication section 11 authenticates a wireless LAN terminal in response to a request from a connection control section 12 and requests the connection control section 12 to allow the connection control section 12 to reply the result of the authentication to the wireless LAN terminal. The connection control section 12 conducts a device authentication procedure between a wireless LAN control section 13 and the device authentication section 11, monitors packets exchanged between a bridge control section 5 and the wireless LAN control section 13, discriminates whether or not the wireless LAN terminal is authenticated on the basis of a MAC(Media Access Control) address denoting the wireless LAN terminal, transfers only packets matching the condition and aborts other packets.
