PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card authentication server as a system which uses a mobile communication terminal having an IC card mounted thereon and the mobile communication terminal while meeting antithetic conditions of the secrecy and versatility of the IC card. SOLUTION: A combination of characteristic information on the mobile communication terminal which is set when the mobile communication terminal is manufactured and the secret key of a contactless card module and an interface program controlling communications with a reader write are stored in a card issue server and downloaded to the contactless card module. The mobile communication terminal communicates with a reader writer device under the control of the interface program, the mobile communication terminal having the contactless IC card module computers a random number, and the card issue server compares and verifies the random number with a separately computed number sequence to guarantee the authenticity. |
