SOLUTION: The vacant seat information of the vehicle managed by an area center or a station is sent to the vehicle through communication so that the user can be informed of the vacant seat in the vehicle through a communication means so as to occupy an appropriate seat in the vehicle such as a reserved seat. Also, in the vehicle or the sports facilities of baseball, etc., or the entertainment site, the position of the mobile stand and the stock of sales merchandise, etc., are informed of through the communication means. Therefore users are informed of the stand moving in the vehicle or the like by the communication means and effectively can utilize the stand. |
