PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multistory bicycle parking device which shortens an interval between bicycle mounting stands, has a short depth and a low height, and dispenses with formation of an underground embedded portion, to thereby curtail construction costs. SOLUTION: The multistory bicycle parking device 1 is comprised of wrap- connecting transmission members 5A, 5B having a plurality of vehicle mounting stands arranged thereon in multiple stages at regular intervals. According to the apparatus, the wrap-connecting transmission members 5A, 5B are rotated in a depth direction, and they are horizontally moved before or after inclined movement thereof at least at a lower end of the apparatus. Then, an upper end of each bearing arm 7 is borne by the wrap-connecting transmission members 5A, 5B via bearing pins 6A, 6B, respectively, and the vehicle mounting stand 8 is fixed to a lower end of the bearing arm 7.
