PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-performance gasket with an improved sealing property, outgassing capability and quality. SOLUTION: The gasket 1 is mounted on a top cover base material 4, and the section is shaped with one main bead part 2 on a base part 1a. The main bead part 2 can be easily compressed and the stress is small when the gasket is attached. Therefore, the tightening dimension is sufficient and the sealing property is improved. Further, since there is no need to lower the hardness of the gasket 1 and mixing of a large quantity of a plasticizer component is not necessary, an outgassing property is improved. Moreover, deformation of the top cover base material 4 and a mating member or damage of a tightening screw is not to be caused, so that the quality is improved.
