PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic circuit board for high frequency which ranges from a microwave band to a millimeter wave band, in which a conductive pattern can be designed easily and which has high dimensional accuracy. SOLUTION: A metal thin film constituting a conductor pattern 4 is formed integrally at baking of a glass ceramic sheet 2, to prevent the pattern 4 from being embedded in the sheet 2, so that the pattern 4 is formed to be projected from the surface of the sheet 2. Preferably, either gold, silver, copper or nickel is used as the metal thin film. |
