PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing glassware which makes it possible to obtain the glassware having excellent impact resistance in spite of the three-dimensional glassware like the glassware having a bottle mouth and a body section and an apparatus for manufacturing the glassware with which such glassware can be efficiently obtained. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the glassware from molten glass by a blow molding method using dies comprises slowly cooling the molten glass to form the glassware and induction heating part or the whole of the dies in either time before housing the molten glass into the dies or after housing the same into the dies.
