FIELD: pulp-and-paper and textile industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves feeding mixture of fibrous pulp and gaseous conveyance agent into tubular through reactor made in the form of spiral coiled onto treated pulp accumulating chamber, with through reactor and spiral coil diameter ratio being 1: 18-1: 60; supplying chemical reactant immediately into through reactor via nozzles arranged lengthwise of reactor; treating reaction mass in reactor under turbulent mode at flow speed of 1- 50 m/s; fluffing up fibrous semi-finished product concentrated to 12-85% and treating it with aerosol of chemical reactant. Apparatus has tubular through reactor made in the form of spiral coiled onto treated fibrous pulp accumulating chamber, with tubular reactor and spiral coil diameter ratio being 1:18-1:60, and chemical reactant introducing device made in the form of nozzles arranged lengthwise of tubular reactor. Apparatus is further provided with unit for obtaining aerosol of chemical reactant and channel for supplying aerosol into fluffing up chamber. Method and apparatus allow nonwoven materials to be manufactured.
