FIELD: medical equipment. SUBSTANCE: invention concerns with traumatology and orthopedics and is intended to treat bone tissue in process of surgical operations, specifically, to execute through and blind holes. Combined drill bit includes cylindrical body in the form of body of revolution with tail part and crown with cutting members on butt. Spiral drill with cutting edges and spiral grooves between points and tail part is placed inside cylindrical body, drill is fitted with members for attachment to tail part of cylindrical body and can be moved along axis of cylindrical body and be fixed. Outer diameter of cutting members of crown is larger than outer diameter of cylindrical body. Inner diameter of mentioned cylindrical body equals inner diameter of cutting members of crown and working diameter of spiral drill. Planes of cutting members and spaces between cutting members are made at some angle with regard to radius of surfaces of crown and are directed in opposition to rotation of tool. EFFECT: widened technological capabilities while conducting operations in bone tissue with concentration of chips inside tool, more convenient conditions for bone cutting. 2 dwg |
