FIELD: agriculture and food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has casing mounted on spherical supports for oscillation, and grates arranged in stepped relation inside casing and extending through the entire length and width thereof. Pressure branch pipes with nozzles are positioned under grate low walls. Apparatus is further equipped with drain chute for discharging contaminated water and with electric drive. Drain chute is made in the form of trapezium and electric drive is provided with vibration exciter. EFFECT: increased efficiency and improved washing quality. 2 cl, 3 dwg
