FIELD: organic chemistry, medicine, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to derivatives of quinazoline of the formula (I) where m means a whole number from 1 to 2; R1 means hydrogen atom, nitro-group or C1-3-alkoxy-group; R2 means hydrogen atom or nitro-group; R3 means hydroxy-group, halogen atom, C1-3-alkyl, C1-3-alkoxy-group, C1-3-alkanoyloxy-group or cyano-group; X1 means -O-, -S-, -SO- or -SO2-; R4 means one group among 13 groups described in claim 1 of the invention claim. Invention relates also to methods of synthesis of these compounds and pharmaceutical compositions comprising compound of the formula (I) or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt as active component. Compounds of the formula (I) or their pharmaceutically acceptable salt inhibit effect of vascular endothelial growth factor, the important property in treatment some diseases including cancer, rheumatic arthritis. Except for, invention relates to method of attainment of antiangiogenic effect and/or effect of reduction of blood vessels permeability on warm-blooded animal.
