FIELD: rescue equipment, applicable for recovery of people from obstructions after collapse of buildings and structures. SUBSTANCE: the device has a truck, rotary platform with an auxiliary ladder and a telescopic gangway, having a track for a lift truck, lift truck, cradle. The rotary platform carries the operator's cabin with a control panel and a complex of engineering devices providing for supply of pure air to the cradle for breathing of the rescue men, as well as of compressed air and electric power for connection of the working tools of the rescue men through flexible communication lines secured on the telescopic gangway. The truck chassis carries a fire-fighting tank with the devices for intake and supply of water to the cradle through the flexible fire hose.
