CEMENT CAKE PRODUCTION METHOD

FIELD: cement production, in particular, dehydration of cement sludge. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing raw cement sludge by mixing basic components during joint grinding process in the presence of water; correcting to obtain predetermined chemical composition; dehydrating produced raw cement sludge by pouring it to layer thickness of 0.9-1.5 m onto preliminarily prepared horizontal open ground divided into equal portions; providing walls along ground perimeter and between portions of ground; sequentially pouring raw cement sludge onto each ground portion for 120-240 hours; holding under atmospheric conditions to obtain moisture content of 17-21%; sequentially gathering cake from ground portions and conveying into calcining furnace or to store; providing walls with openings for discharge of pure water upon termination of sedimentation process in raw cement sludge. Ground bottom is covered with release material separable from cement sludge and is provided with drain openings for filtering of water from cement sludge. Water passed through drain openings and wall openings is discharged into trough extending along perimeter of ground.
