<p>The invention relates to a method and device for carrying out an electrochemical reaction in gaseous or dissolved condition, in particular for the storage/production of electricity (battery) and as oxygen pump. According to the invention, the starting point are hollow-fiber membranes which contain ionic groups and which membranes are provided on opposite sides with an electrically conductive layer. As a result, a compact module is obtained, which can be deployed for the storage or production of electricity, as well as for electrolysis and other electrochemical conversions with a high efficiency.</p> |
