Production of sprayable emulsions comprises adding O/W emulsifier(s) and optionally also W/O emulsifier(s) to a composition comprising oil phase; emulsifier and aqueous phase, followed by stirring and homogenizing by means of the standard rotor-stator principle. Production of sprayable emulsions comprises adding O/W emulsifier(s) and optionally also W/O emulsifier(s) to a composition comprising (wt.%): (i) oil phase (2-35); (ii) emulsifier ( <= 10); and (iii) aqueous phase (50-95), followed by stirring and homogenizing for /-4 minutes at /- 2,500 rpm by means of the standard rotor-stator principle.
