PURPOSE: A method for preparing kimchi suitable for each person's constitution is provided, thereby preparing the kimchi suitable for each person's constitution and taste. CONSTITUTION: The method for preparing kimchi suitable for each person's constitution comprises the steps of: classifying person into each group according to constitution; classifying seasoning ingredients for kimchi into three groups consisting of a promoting group, a repressing group and a prohibiting group within the each group of constitution; increasing the ratio of seasoning ingredients belonging to the promoting group, decreasing the ratio of seasoning ingredients belonging to the repressing group and removing the ratio of seasoning ingredients belonging to the prohibiting group; mixing the seasoning ingredients of two groups to prepare a seasoning stuff for kimchi; and mixing the seasoning stuff with Chinese cabbages.
