摘要 PURPOSE: A method for measuring a fuel injection rate of a fuel injection nozzle is provided to simply measure the fuel injection rate of the fuel injection nozzle without providing a separate fuel compression coefficient measuring device. CONSTITUTION: A vessel(10), having an internal space(11), an inlet(12) and an outlet(13), is prepared. A fuel injection nozzle(1) is installed in the inlet of the vessel(10). Fuel for a diesel engine is injected into the internal space(11) of the vessel(10) through the fuel injection nozzle(1) until fuel reaches at predetermined pressure in the internal space(11). Then, pressure in the internal space(11) of the vessel(10) is repeatedly increased and decreased. At this time, total amount of fuel and total injection time of fuel are measured. In addition, mean amount of fuel and mean injection time of fuel are calculated. Then, a fuel injection rate of the fuel injection nozzle(1) is calculated based on a predetermined equation.
