<p>The present invention relates to a novel fluoroquinolone and nalidixic formic acid derivatives and their preparation method, relates to antibacterial agent and feed additive comprising them. Especially the invention relates to a novel fluroquinolone and nalixic formic acid presented by the formula (I), which has (7-aminomethyl-5-azospiro[2,4]heptane) substituent on 7-position of quinolone nucleus and shows superior antibacterial activity in contrast to the known quinolone agents which has little activity against gram-positive strains and also has a broad antibacterial spectrum.
