The present invention is a directed to a container provided with a liner formed in the mold which changes the properties of the container, when compared to a container not having the liner, and methods of forming same. T he liner may exhibit absorption properties, it may release an agent into the surrounding environment, it may undergo some action in response to a conditi on or thing in the environment, such as the presence of water or a gas. It may provide a barrier, and/or it may exhibit permeability. |
