PURPOSE: Lens structure of headlights for a vehicle is provided to prevent a lens from being damaged by moving backward a flange of a bumper cover along a rib of the lens at a collision with integrally forming plural ribs in the lower part of the lens. CONSTITUTION: A lens(10) of a headlamp is combined with the front edge of a headlight housing(12), and plural ribs(16) are integrally formed in the lower part of the lens. The ribs are inclined from the front of the lens to an assembling part(14) of the housing and the lens. The rear edge of the lens is inserted to an assembling groove, and stuck by an adhesive. The upper part of a flange(20) is placed near the front lower part of the rib. A bumper cover(18) is pushed back at a collision, and the upper part of the flange is slide along the ribs of the lens. The lens is protected by moving the bumper cover back with sliding the flange along the ribs at the collision.
