FIELD: antenna engineering; vertically polarized antenna with circular directivity pattern in horizontal plane. SUBSTANCE: antenna made in the form of array of cylindrical dipoles has central conductor placed into insulating tube which is mounted coaxially to first metal tubes whose butt-ends are relatively isolated by insulating disks and are electrically connected to ends of second metal tubes arranged coaxially to first ones outside of and in opposition to them, coaxial connector being mounted on end of extreme one of first tubes. Antenna is characterized in that first metal tubes have enlarged-diameter sections abutting against insulating disks on connector side. EFFECT: improved matching between antenna and coaxial cable in operating frequency band. 1 dwg
