METHOD OF RECONSTITUTING/FIXING PLANT−ORIGIN GREEN COLORANT BY HEATING IN WATER AND HEATING CONTAINER THEREFOR TO BE USED IN THE RECONSTITUTION/FIXATION OF PLANT−ORIGIN GREEN COLORANT

A technique for reconstituting/fixing a plant−origin green colorant. A method effective for preventing the plant−origin green colorant from decoloration or color change even after appropriately processing which comprises reconstituting/fixing the plant−origin green colorant by heating in water; and a heating container having a novel structure to be used in this method for reconstituting/fixing a plant−origin green colorant. Namely, a method wherein a plant−origin green colorant is reconstituted/fixed by heating in water exclusively due to the interaction between copper ion and zinc ion liberated into warm water or hot water in a heating container having unwrought bronze exposed therein.
