Pharmaceutical composition comprising a water/oil/water double microemulsion incorporated in a solid support consisiting of a microporous inorganic substance or of a colloidal inorganic adsorbent substance or of a cross-link ed polymer. The liquid phase, i.e. the microemulsion, is incorported in the por es of a microporous inorganic substance or adsorbed by the surface of a colloid al inorganic substance or included in the cross-link of a cross-linked polymer.
