摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method and a device for a high pressure hose is provided to form an adhesive film by heat sealing process and to raise pressure of a product by fastening an outer skin of a tube. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for a high pressure hose comprises stages of inputting raw materials; an extruding process of a multiple high pressure hose and a processing. Nylon6 and Soarnol are input to the multiple-extruder for manufacturing the high pressure hose. Soarnol is extruded like a tubular shape by being input to a first channel(30) through a first passage(9). The first channel is formed between a first inner stator(11) and a first housing(1). Nylon6 is input to a second channel(31) through a second extruding nozzle(6,8) and a second passage(10). The second channel is formed between the first inner stator(12) and the first housing. Nylon6 molds a double pipe by heat sealing on an outer surface of the pipe to be extruded by Soarnol. The manufactured high pressure hose passes a vacuum heating throat. The vacuum heating throat maintains temperature from 220 to 230 centigrade degree. Therein, the surface of the high pressure hose is extruded with hexmenthylene diisocyanate. Thereby, thermoplastic resins are mainly used to increase pressure of the hose and improve working efficiency. Consequently, solvent resistance, oil proof, weather resistance and gas shielding are improved.
