PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in a conventional whistle that, when a permeable stamp is often used together with the whistle such as a school teacher the whistle or permeable stamp is often missed in the movement between classrooms when separately carried. SOLUTION: This whistle with housing part comprises a cylindrical housing part provided on the other end of a whistle body comprising a whistle part having a mouthpiece at one end, and a cap body detachably provided on the housing part. The permeable stamp, a seal body, medicine, or a memo is housed in the housing part, whereby it can be carried with the whistle.
