PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a texture-washing machine that adjusts the final rotation speed based on the degree of unbalance existing in texture load to be rotated speedily, and damps a rotation container in a controlled form. SOLUTION: The texture-washing machine comprises a container for accepting fluid or texture to be washed, an agitation means that comes into contact with texture in the container, a motor, a means 29 that rocks the agitation means selectively and also connects the motor to the container and the agitation means so that the container can be rotated, and a control means 25 that is connected to the motor, rotates the container and the wet texture in the container after a washing operation, also energizes the motor by a fixed torque signal for measuring time for indicating the weight of load in wet texture required for accelerating the container from a first specific speed to a second specific speed that is higher than the first specific speed, and rotates the container for additional specific acceleration, and also energizes the motor at a fixed torque signal for measuring the value of a specific attribute of additional acceleration for indicating the size of unbalance existing in the wet texture load.
