PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a finger cutter equipped with abrasion resistance and chipping resistance collectively. SOLUTION: For an edge part area 16 of a changing edge 15 protruding outside in a radial direction at a plurality of positions in a peripheral direction of a periphery of a body 11 of the finger cutter, a tip edge part 16a comprises steel products of a high hardness as an edge component comprising a cutting edge. A base side edge part 16b being the other part comprises steel products having higher tenacity than that of the tip edge part. The wear resistance can be raised by the tip edge part and further the chipping resistance can be raised by the base side edge part. The high hard steel products constituting the tip edge part and the high tenacity steel products constituting the base side edge part can be continuously bonded by hammer welding.
