PURPOSE: An apparatus for guiding insertion of recycling paper between strip layers is provided to guide insertion of the recycling paper in such a way that the recycling paper is neither drooped nor torn even when using aged recycling paper. CONSTITUTION: In a recycling paper inserting apparatus for inserting the recycling paper(3) between layers of strip(7) coiled on a tension reel(5) by unwinding recycling paper from a paper coil(1), the apparatus for guiding insertion of the recycling paper between the strip layers comprises an adjusting roll(29) that is rotated as contactingly supporting the recycling paper between the paper coil and the tension reel in a curved surface; a cylinder(31) for adjusting height of the adjusting roll; and a pair of deflect rolls(33) that are rotated as contactingly supporting the recycling paper in a curved surface at both sides of the adjusting roll a height of which is adjusted by the cylinder, wherein the apparatus further comprises a paper coil mounting part (b) comprising slide rings(15) which are installed at both sides of the paper coil; clamp cones(17) for closing and opening both sides of the paper coil as being reciprocated in a width direction of the recycling paper from the slide rings; and cylinders(19) which are connected to the clamp cones by links(23).
