PURPOSE: A double-geared shift device of a compressor for an air conditioning system is provided to improve the durability, to reduce noise and to improve the power efficiency of an engine by preventing the unnecessary fast driving of the compressor. CONSTITUTION: A double-geared shift device(20) is installed in a stator(10) in a compressor(100) to be connected with an engine through a pulley(11). The double-geared shift device contains an inner pulley(21) to be installed in an inner stator(10a). The inner pulley is moved through the lengthwise direction of the inner stator by supporting through a bearing(22) and rotated with the inner stator. A conic space portion(23) is formed in the outside of the inner pulley. Inner gears(24a,24b) are formed in the space portion. A pair of gears(25a,25b) are contained in the double-geared shift device to be geared with the inner gears. Thereby, the accelerating efficiency, the durability and the whole efficiency of an air conditioning system are improved.
