PURPOSE: A food-supplement for sports players is provided to supply a player with glycogen and carbohydrate as energy source, thereby optimizing the condition of the player, and rapidly relieving fatigue. CONSTITUTION: The food-supplement for sports players comprises 34 to 38 wt.% of maltodextrin powder, 23 to 27 wt.% of fructose powder, 8 to 12 wt.% of glucose powder, 7 to 13 wt.% of protein powder, 1 to 5 wt.% of collagen powder, 1 to 5 wt.% of taurine powder, 1 to 10 wt.% of L-glutamine powder, 0.5 to 3 wt.% of citric acid powder, 0.5 to 3 wt.% of glucosamine powder, 0.5 to 2 wt.% of vitamin powder, 0.3 to 2 wt.% of porcine chondro, 0.3 to 2 wt.% of cordyceps powder, 0.3 to 2 wt.% of L-carnitine powder, 0.3 to 1 wt.% of amino silk powder, 0.1 to 0.4 wt.% of guar gum powder, 0.2 wt.% or less of octacosanol powder, 0.1 wt.% or less of Gardenia jasminoides MAKINO. powder and 0.3 to 2.5 wt.% of fruit flavor powder. |
