PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for a prestressed composite beam is provided to construct a bridge economically by reducing indirect costs and to secure structural stability by compensating the loss of compressive force caused by creep and drying shrinkage. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method for a prestressed composite beam comprises the steps of: manufacturing an I-steel member having upper, lower flanges to let steel members share tensile force added to the tension side when adding tensile force by PC steel(302); installing the PC steel(302) for adding tensile force on the lower side of the lower flange of the I-steel member; arranging reinforcing bars on the lower flange of the I-steel member, then placing concrete(303); after curing the concrete surface of the lower flange, then adding primary tensile force using the PC steel(302); arranging reinforcing bars on a web and a hunch of the I-steel member, then placing concrete(305); and adding secondary tensile force using the PC steel(302) to compensate the loss of compressive force caused by creep and drying shrinkage.
