PURPOSE: An automatic filling apparatus of washing fluid for a vehicle is provided to improve freedom of design of an engine room, and to prevent undiluted fluid from entirely pouring into a washer tank by mixing washing fluid and rainwater with flowing rainwater in supplying negative pressure to the washer tank. CONSTITUTION: An automatic compensating device of washing fluid for a vehicle is composed of a washer tank(20) connecting to the negative pressure generating portion through a negative pressure supply passage(3) and having a rainwater inlet(22) connected to a drain hole(11) through a rainwater inlet passage(24); a floater(30) having a needle valve(32) opening and closing the rainwater inlet to keep the rainwater level; an undiluted liquid tank(40) connected to a tube(42) to flow undiluted liquid into the rainwater inlet passage; and a tube opening unit(50) shutting off the tube passage in closing the rainwater inlet. Expenses are reduced, and wrong operation is restricted.
