PURPOSE: A regulator system of controlling output voltage and control method thereof is provided, which controls an amplitude of an output signal by adjusting an enable period of a regulator in a regulator system. CONSTITUTION: A regulator(310) is enabled according to an enable signal, and converts an input signal into a predetermined amplitude to output the first output signal(b). A smoother(320) smooths the first output signal of the regulator and outputs the second output signal(c). An enable signal generator(300) generates the enable signal(c) for controlling the enable period to output the second output signal of a target amplitude. The enable signal generator adjusts the enable period of the enable signal when the amplitude of the second output signal corresponding to the initial enable signal is different from the target amplitude.
