PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enables a remote control, which is performed by a remote controller by using an electronic mail sending and receiving function, to remotely control an object device without spoiling real-time response by using only a terminal with a conventional mail function and a network. SOLUTION: An incoming mail input part 112 inputs mail arriving at a terminal 200, a command mail selection part 120 selects command mail 701 wherein a process command for controlling the object controlled device 160 is described from the incoming mail, and a command execution part 142 executes the process command described in the command mail 701. Further, a monitor part 143 monitors the execution result of the process command, a reply mail editing part 144 edits reply mail 706 wherein the monitor result is described, and a reply mail transmission part 145 requests the terminal 200 to send the reply mail. Further, the monitor part 143 detects a fault of the object controlled device 160, the reply mail editing part 144 edits fault notice mail 802 wherein the detected fault is described, and the reply mail transmission part 145 requests the terminal 200 to send the fault notice mail 802. |
